Personal Trainer | Excersise Therapy Specialist
"My philosophy is simple: a functional body should not only look good. It should move well. That belief guides everything I do. I focus on identifying the root cause of pain or dysfunction, then build a personalized program that helps restore balance, strength, and mobility. For example, if you come in with knee pain, I’ll assess your hips and ankles first, because the issue often starts somewhere else."
Over the course of his career, Dominic Ghany has worked with a diverse range of clients—including athletes, everyday individuals, pre- and postnatal clients, rehabilitation cases, and even fellow trainers.
Each experience, whether a challenge or success, has contributed to a training philosophy that is effective, informed, and compassionate. He believes the foundation of great training lies in truly listening to each client and understanding what they are capable of in the moment.
Above all, he remains committed to ongoing growth—continuously learning from respected trainers, coaches, and clinicians to refine his approach with an open and curious mindset.
Over the last 20+ years, clients I've worked with came in struggling with back, shoulder, or knee pain. My job is to find the root cause, often by assessing the joints above and below the problem area. For example, knee pain might be traced back to restricted ankle mobility or hip instability. By addressing the body as a system, I helped over 200 clients move more freely, with less pain and greater control.
Whether you're pursuing fat loss, strength, muscle gain, or performance training, I design programs that are customized, evidence-based, and results-driven.
I operate out of a fully equipped private facility, and I also offer in-home and online sessions for clients who prefer to train remotely. Most of my business comes through referrals, which I believe speaks volumes about the quality of service and the trust I’ve built. I’ve had the privilege of seeing countless success stories—from individuals who thought they’d never train pain-free again to athletes returning stronger than ever—and I take pride in maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with every client I work with.
If you’re ready to take a smarter, more sustainable path to fitness and functional movement, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
